Terms & conditions

These terms of use (ToU) define the rules for using the Moovalia service. By using the site and the planning assistant, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope and acceptance

  • These ToU apply to the use of the Moovalia service (website, conversational assistant, itinerary generation and any associated functionality).
  • Access to and use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
  • We reserve the right to change the ToU. Users will be informed of material changes (by notice on the site or by email when required by law). Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Description of the service

  • Moovalia is an AI-powered travel planning assistant. It provides recommendations (flights, accommodation, activities), structured itineraries and links to third-party providers, for information and guidance only.
  • The service is provided « as is ». We strive to ensure availability and quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of generated or aggregated content.
  • The service may change: features may be added or removed, interfaces updated, partners or data sources changed. We reserve the right to adapt the offering without prior notice unless required by law.

User account

  • Basic use of the planner (conversation, itinerary) is possible without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to save conversations and itineraries and access them later.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. In case of unauthorised use, report it without delay to contact@moovalia.com.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these ToU, abusive or fraudulent use, or for any other legitimate reason in accordance with the law.

Bookings and third-party providers

  • Moovalia does not make bookings on your behalf. Bookings (flights, accommodation, activities, transfers) are made directly with third-party providers (airlines, OTAs, activity platforms, etc.) via the links we provide.
  • Prices, availability, transport conditions, cancellation, refunds and any other contractual terms are solely the responsibility of the providers. Booking contracts bind you to the providers, not to Moovalia.
  • We do not guarantee that prices or availability shown in our interface are up to date or final. Always check on the provider's site before confirming a booking.

Affiliate links

  • Some links on the site (to comparators, airlines, accommodation, activity platforms) are affiliate links: if you make a booking or purchase via these links, we may receive a commission from the provider.
  • This does not increase the price you pay to the provider unless otherwise explicitly stated by the provider (e.g. specific offer, possible surcharge).
  • Affiliate links help us fund the service and keep it free for users. We are committed not to favour options solely for commission reasons; our aim remains the relevance of recommendations.

Liability and limitations

  • We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of the information displayed or generated (prices, schedules, availability, entry conditions, visas, weather, health restrictions, etc.). Data comes from third parties and AI models and may be subject to errors or delay.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying all essential information (visas, travel insurance, formalities, actual schedules, cancellation conditions) with the relevant authorities and providers before any booking and before departure.
  • Moovalia cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the service, inaccuracy of information, unavailability of the service or the conduct of third-party providers. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

  • You agree to use the service lawfully, without circumventing security measures, without overloading systems (unauthorised scripts, bots) and without infringing the rights of third parties.
  • Any abusive, fraudulent or non-compliant use may result in suspension or deletion of the account and, where appropriate, legal action.

Intellectual property

  • Elements of the service (trademarks, texts, interfaces, code, databases) are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify or exploit them commercially without written permission.
  • Generated itineraries and recommendations are provided for personal use. Any bulk or commercial reuse (republishing, resale) may be subject to restrictions; contact us for specific requests.

Personal data

  • Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (Privacy page). By using the service, you accept this processing under the conditions described.

Applicable law and disputes

  • These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's registered office, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
  • Consumer users residing in the European Union may use the mediation mechanisms and online dispute resolution platforms provided by law.
