The Moovalia service is published and operated by the following entity (to be adapted according to the legal structure in force):

• Legal form: company (e.g. SAS, SARL or other as applicable).

• The publication director is the natural or legal person responsible for editorial content, in accordance with applicable law (e.g. LCEN in France).

The site and related services are hosted on cloud infrastructure and third-party services to ensure availability, security and performance.

• Main hosting: cloud infrastructure (e.g. Render, or other provider as per current configuration).
• Additional services: databases, authentication and storage may be provided by technical partners (e.g. Supabase or equivalents).
• Data is processed in compliance with the applicable contractual and regulatory framework (GDPR, standard contractual clauses where applicable).

All elements on the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, structure, code, databases) are protected by intellectual property law.

• Trademarks and distinctive signs (including « Moovalia ») are the property of the publisher or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction or use may constitute infringement.
• Editorial content and graphic creations are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation or distribution without prior authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law (quotation, short excerpt, private use).
• Structured data (itineraries, generated recommendations) is provided for information only; bulk or commercial reuse without agreement may be subject to restrictions.

Moovalia provides a planning assistance service. The information displayed (prices, availability, schedules, entry conditions, etc.) comes from third-party sources and may change without notice. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy or availability of offers from providers. The user is solely responsible for verifying essential information before any booking and before departure. Links to external sites do not commit us to the content of those sites.
