Moovalia acts as a virtual planning assistant. We aggregate information and links from partners (airlines, accommodation providers, activity platforms) and generate recommendations using AI models. We are not the booking provider: prices, availability, transport and accommodation conditions, entry rules (visas, health), insurance and cancellations are the responsibility of providers and the relevant authorities. It is your responsibility to verify all critical information with official sources and providers before any booking and before your departure.

We are committed to complying with the applicable legal framework (French and European law, GDPR, consumer law). For any complaint or question regarding compliance, you can contact us at legal@moovalia.com. For disputes, the competent courts are those set out in our Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these pages and the referenced documents to reflect regulatory or service changes. Material changes will be brought to your attention (e.g. via a notice on the site or an email to registered users) when required by law or when we deem it appropriate.
